DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED MORE THAN THREE MONTHS OUT FROM THE EVENT WE WILL ISSUE A 50% REFUND.

UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF THE EVENT, ONLY DATE CHANGES IF WE ARE TOLD WELL IN ADVANCE AND HAVE THE AVAILABILITY.

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS HAVE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES WELL IN ADVANCE AND WE WILL CATER ACCORDINGLY.

how does the food keep fresh and cool?

WE KEEP ALL FOOD COOL DURING TRAVEL TO THE LOCATION/VENUE.

TABLE/S MUST BE PROVIDED IN A COOL AREA AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

FOOD ON THE GRAZING TABLE CAN BE LEFT OUT FOR 4 HOURS, AND THEN MUST BE DISPOSED OF. 


how far will you travel and how much do you charge?

WE ARE A greater london (RM11) BASED COMPANY. TRAVEL COSTS ARE WORKED OUT ON MILEAGE FROM US IN rm11, at 45P PER MILE.

WE TRAVEL AS FAR AS 4/5/6 HOURS FROM HQ FOR CERTAIN BOOKINGS. OF COURSE IT WOULDN’T MAKE SENSE TO TRAVEL TWO HOURS FOR A SMALL PLATTER DELIVERY, SO WE CONSIDER EACH JOB ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS!

for largeR jobs more than two hours drive away we may have to stay overNIGHT NEAR THE VENUE, IF OUR TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT IS HIRED.

if our tablescape equipment is hired, and grape & fig need to collect it after the event (as opposed to the client dropping off at hq within two days), there will be a 'collection surcharge fee' added to the total cost (in addition to the standard travel costs of 45p per mile), for round-trip journeys that take 50 minutes by car, or more:

40 minute round-trip (20 mins to, 20 MINS from location) from rm11 - free of charge

50 minute round-trip (25 mins to, 25 MINS from location) from rm11 - £20

60 minute round-trip (30 mins to, 30 MINS from location) from rm11 - £25

70 minute round-trip (35 mins to, 35 MINS from location) from rm11 - £30

80 minute round-trip (40 mins to, 40 MINS from location) from rm11 - £35

90 minute round-trip (45 mins to, 45 MINS from location) from rm11 - £40

100 minute round-trip (50 mins to, 50 MINS from location) from rm11 - £45

120 minute round-trip (60 mins to, 60 MINS from location) from rm11 - £50


do you provide tables?

A SUITABLE TABLE MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES (yet!)


how long do you need to set up the table?

if hiring our tablescape equipment, we will need 1 hr to unload and set up ready for the food to be placed and styled. we will then need a further 1-3 hrs to get your table ready for your guests, DEPENDING ON THE length BOOKED.


do you supply PLATES, CUTLERY AND NAPKINs?

GRAPE & FIG DO NOT SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY OR NAPKINS BY DEFAULT.

WOODEN CUTLERY, BAMBOO PLATES AND WHITE PAPER NAPKINS CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA COST.

do you DISPOSe of the left over food after the event?

GRAPE & FIG ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF FOOD WASTE POST-EVENT, but where and when possible we will aim to limit food waste and will offer left-overs to local homeless shelters etc.

WE DO OFFER A ‘clean up service’- once your guests have had their fill, we will return within 4 hours to clean up the grazing table (BIN BAGS ARE TO BE DISPOSED OF BY THE CLIENT/VENUE). great for weddings to make for a seamless day. only offered with the hire of our tablescape equipmenT.


do you require parking on-site?

WE REQUIRE PARKING AT SITE TO UNLOAD THE FOOD coolers AND TABLESCPAPE EQUIPMENT PLEASE. IF THERE IS NO OR LIMITED PARKING, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL TRY AND FIND A SOLUTION.


Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. We also have current food hygiene and health and safety training requirements. we pride ourselves on having the best standards, ensuring the best produce & food handling.


WILL YOU USE IMAGES FROM OUR EVENT ON GRAPE & FIG SOCIAL MEDIA?

YES, UNLESS OUR CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS EXPLICITLY ASK US NOT TO USE IMAGES TAKEN AT THEIR EVENT, WE WILL USE THEM ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. 


do you charge VAT?

YES, WE ARE A LIMITED AND VAT REGISTERED COMPANY
