Toria and Catherine are so excited to welcome you for a very special evening at ROOTS Upminster, teaching you how to create your very own grazing platter, styled to perfection and full to the brim with cheese, charcuterie, antipasti, and lots more!

The infamous GRAPE & Fig signature square grazing platter is a firm favourite with celebrities, global brands and domestic clients alike, and for the first time we are organising a workshop to show you, step by step, our platter-building secrets!

Each participant will learn how to make their own platter (which you can enjoy at ROOTS once created or take home with you), can enjoy a glass (or two!) of prosecco or wine whilst doing so, will learn how to take a photo of their platter worthy of Instagram with supplied perfect lighting, and can mingle with like-minded cheese and charcuterie lovers....like us!
